Air brushing doesn't have anything to do with size does it? I like the Dove ads!
They can definitely alter how large or small the person (woman, in this instance) appears so it definitely has something to do with it in that aspect. They may not do it in their TV ads but I know they do it in their print ads although I don't know how often.
